Covid

As of the 26 June the Penrith area and greater Sydney are in lockdown. At the Centre we are following all protocols and guidelines to ensure practitioner staff and patient safety. We are open but have restricted care to the assessment and treatment of emergency or urgent dental conditions only.

As advised by the Dental Council guidelines, the provision of care by registered dental practitioners should always be aimed at achieving an optimum outcome. Dental practitioners must always use their professional judgement when assessing the risk and/or when determining whether the proposed treatment/procedure is deemed to be urgent/emergency/essential care. In this assessment, practitioners should also evaluate whether delaying treatment may lead to an unfavourable result. .

Please contact the Centre if you have any patient management issues during the lockdown.
