Dr Jasvir Singh is an Oral and Maxillofacial (jaw and face) surgeon and has been treating patients in the Nepean area for over 15 years. He specialises in head and neck conditions, orthognathic surgery (jaw correction), wisdom teeth removal and dental implants. He is passionate about providing the best possible care for patients and works collaboratively with dentist and specialist to best tailor their needs.

Dr Jasvir Singh was educated in Sydney and attended Sydney University Dental School qualifying in 1994. After working for a year as the dental intern at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney, he worked in the UK as a senior house officer in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Worcester and Poole. After 2 years in the UK, he was accepted into the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery training program in Adelaide at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and Adelaide Dental Hospital. This included research in Distraction Osteogenesis and completion of his medical degree from the University of Adelaide in 2002. He passed his fellowship exam for completion of his surgical training in 2005.

Overseas experience includes oral oncology and head and neck surgery as an overseas fellow at the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences in Kochi, India.

He was appointed as Consultant in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Prince of Wales Hospital and Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick, Sydney in 2009. He is involved in Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, where he can see and treat more complex oral and facial conditions.
